Shown here are the slides for the internal assertiveness workshop I held to promote effective communication between colleagues and customers. The participants and I spent an afternoon discussing different communication styles, looked into how to analyse conversations using basic Transactional Analysis and had fun with some role playing sessions.
The next set of slides was for the CEO and fellow two colleagues to take to a pitching presentation to potential clients, Menzies.
